Brothers Ryan and David Quackenbush. Shared values. Close attention to what matters.
OUR FOUNDATION
The details deserve attention.
Our roots in the construction trades shape how we see a home. We consider the work behind the finishes, the decisions that affect daily comfort, and the responsibility of building for someone else.
Ryan and David share a straightforward belief: building someone’s home is a personal responsibility. We want you to feel comfortable bringing us your questions, concerns, and ideas. Listening closely and having honest conversations are part of the work.
David’s background spans construction, military service, law enforcement, and home inspection. Those experiences inform a disciplined approach to preparation, accountability, and looking out for others.
His interest in how buildings perform translates into a focus on explaining choices and helping homeowners understand the work. He serves as the 2026 President of the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado.
RQ
Ryan Quackenbush
Ryan’s construction experience began early, including work on his childhood home and in the trades. His attention to detail remains central to the way he approaches a project.
His background also includes finance education and business studies. Together, the brothers bring practical construction perspective and a shared commitment to communicating clearly with homeowners.
As a veteran-owned, family-owned business, supporting the people and families behind the uniform is personal to us. David continues to serve in the United States Air Force Reserve.
Lone Creek partners with American Military Family, an organization dedicated to preventing veteran and first responder suicide. Our commitment includes contributing a portion of annual profits to support its mission.
It is one way we carry our values of service, care, and responsibility beyond the homes we build.
