DESIGNED AROUND YOUR LIFE

Start with the way
you want to live.

A custom home is your opportunity to create a space that feels uniquely and unmistakably yours. It’s the way the kitchen naturally brings family and friends together, the quiet corners that offer comfort and retreat, and the connection between your home and the beauty of its surroundings.

We believe the best results begin with early collaboration, ideally before architectural design begins. Through preconstruction, we work alongside your design team to understand your homesite, vision, lifestyle, and investment goals—so decisions are made with purpose, clarity, and your long-term enjoyment in mind.

THE VALUE OF EARLY BUILDER INVOLVEMENT

Better questions.
Earlier conversations.

01

Know the property

Access, utilities, soils, grading, and the applicable approval process all affect the scope. We help identify what needs investigation before assumptions become commitments.

02

Connect design and investment

We bring construction perspective to layouts, materials, and selections. The goal is a budget grounded in the actual project, with clear assumptions and meaningful choices.

03

Build for living

Structure, windows, insulation, air sealing, and mechanical systems deserve attention alongside the finishes. We discuss their relationship to comfort, durability, and your priorities.

CRAFTSMANSHIP YOU EXPECT. ADVOCACY YOU DESERVE.

Understand the work.
Know your builder.

You should feel comfortable asking questions—and confident that your builder will raise the ones you have not thought of. We explain the options, bring concerns forward, and help you understand the consequences of each choice.

That relationship continues through construction and handover. We coordinate the work and help you understand the details that make your home your own.

COMFORT. PERFORMANCE. INFORMED CHOICES.

Consider how
your home lives.

A home’s comfort depends on decisions made long before the final finishes. We help you understand those choices and how they relate to your priorities.

ENERGY STAR partnership

Lone Creek participates as an ENERGY STAR partner. We discuss performance goals early so the design, construction approach, and verification requirements can be considered together.

ENERGY STAR certification applies to a qualifying home after the required verification. The certification goals and scope for your home are established during planning.

Indoor air quality & Indoor airPLUS

Ventilation, filtration, moisture management, and material selections belong in the planning conversation. We help connect those considerations to the way your home is designed and built.

Ask us about EPA Indoor airPLUS and how its requirements and independent verification can be incorporated into your project.

Accountability you can explore

Lone Creek is a BBB Accredited Business. Review our profile and ask us about our approach to communication, budgeting, and decisions throughout the build.

A CLEARER WAY FORWARD

Your questions.
Thoughtful answers.

Do I need completed plans before contacting you?

No. Our preferred starting point is before architectural design begins. Engaging us for preconstruction lets us work alongside your architect on the relationship between design, construction, and investment. Already have plans? We can review where you are and discuss the next step.

Can you help me find an architect?

Yes. We can introduce you to architects we know and respect, based on the direction of your project. If you already have an architect, we welcome that collaboration. Your architect leads the architectural design; we contribute construction, coordination, and budgeting perspective.

How much will my custom home cost?

The site, size, structural design, materials, finishes, utilities, and approval requirements all influence the investment. A useful estimate starts with your specific project rather than a universal price per square foot.

A GOOD PLACE TO BEGIN

Let’s talk about
your next chapter.

Bring your ideas, questions, or plans. We’ll start by listening.

AN INITIAL CONVERSATION

What are you
imagining?

Tell us where you are in the process. An initial conversation helps us understand your priorities and whether we are the right fit.
