2022 · NOCO HBA PARADE OF HOMES
In 2022, Lone Creek entered an unfinished home in the Parade of Homes. Visitors could walk through the layout and see the construction that finished surfaces would eventually conceal.
The NOCO HBA recognized that distinctive educational entry with the Dusty Boots Award. It reflects our belief that homeowners should have an opportunity to understand how a custom home comes together.
2024 · HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF NORTHERN COLORADO
David received the NOCO HBA Rookie of the Year Award in 2024, the year he began serving on the Board of Directors’ executive ladder.
The association award recognizes his involvement in the local building community—an ongoing commitment that now includes serving as its 2026 President.
2026 · INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP
David serves as the 2026 President of the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado. His industry involvement adds a wider perspective to his work as a builder.
